Today the REMC is well known for different events and happenings. They organise the biggest Swap Meet in the south of Germany, the Munich Motorbike & Spare Parts Market, which is since 23 years a fixed date in the scene, the Tatoo Expo in Eggenfelden, the Raindays with Unimoto Racing in Arnsdorf, the Biketoberfest in Kempten and the Eagle Summer in Jessen-Elster.
1995 the original Colour was revised and substituted by a new one. It shows an eagle with two pistons in his claws, framed by a laurel wreath and encircled by the sun.
The colours of the Road Eagle MC are yellow and black like the colours of the coat of arms of Munich, the hometown of the Motherchapter. This Colour symbolise for us, the members of the Road Eagle, the strength and the pride of the eagle, his freedom underneath the sun together with the power of the engines and the honour and privilege to be part of this family.
After more than 36 years of the foundation in Munich the Hondas are now Harleys and this Club is one of the most traditional and stable MC in Germany.
President Rallys took place between 1981 and 1996. Two of them, each with more than 5.000 visitors, were organised by the REMC, 1985 in Munich and the second last President Rally in Allersberg.
Beside that they created events like Toys for Tots, the Munich Custom Days and of cause the legendary Dragstar Power Race in Mösling organised by the Chapter of Altötting.
Chapters in Ludwigsburg, Altötting an Allersberg followed. Also in Winnenden, Haldensleben and Ilmenau you could find the Road Eagle MC. Worldwide there are 18 Chapters of Road Eagle MC. They do exist from Germany through Spain to Thailand and this with increasing tendencies. In the early years of the Road Eagle MC the Munich and Würzburg Chapter organised the legendary Spring and Summer Rallys, who belonged to the biggest in Germany.
Summer 1977, the San Diego Racing Club Rally in Munich was the signal for18 young daredevils, who were hanging around in the youth centres of northern Munich.
They didn’t want to be just a loose gang and so they founded the Road Eagle MC Munich. Their bikes were mostly Hondas, Kawas or BMWs and, without helmets, raced them through the city. In the early wild years there was often a lot of trouble when the Road Eagle appeared.
Although or just because of their steadfastness they established themselves real fast in the German scene and already in 1978 they founded the first Chapter in Würzburg.
